The Twist is open six days a week and for the late night crowd the Lounge serves up a variety of spectacular live music and entertainment options five nights a week. Entertainment includes Professional Belly Dancers, Live Music and the Triangle’s Hottest DJ’s. Late Nights, Theme Parties, and the occasional Night of the Arts often include a who’s who of local talent.
